基于相似理论的装备试验MPT系统研究与实现

Research and implementation of equipment test MPT analysis system based on similarity theory

针对装备试验之前预测人力、人员及训练(MPT)需求的问题,提出了基于相似理论的分析思想和方法,即根据装备相似性确定试验项目以及MPT需求。基于上述思想和原理,确定了装备试验MPT需求分析过程和输入输出,并设计和开发了装备试验MPT需求分析系统(ETMPTRAS),主要包括系统总体设计、功能设计和数据库设计。最后,结合某自行火炮定型试验任务进行了系统实现和应用,证明了系统的可用性和有效性。

For the requirement prediction of manpower, personnel and training （MPT） before equipment test, MPT requirement analysis concept based on similarity theory, namely, determining test items and MPT requirement in term of equipment＇s similarities are proposed. On the basis of above concepts and principles, equipment test MPT requirement analysis system （ETMPTRAS） is designed and developed, including its whole structure, functions, data bases design. Finally, ETMPTRAS＇ implementation and application combining with a certain self-artillery＇s proving test are given, so the system＇s availability and validity is confirmed.
