摘要
应用SAP84有限元结构分析软件对1 000 kV特高压黄河大跨越过程进行结构分析,对吊装过程中的跨越塔、抱杆进行结构稳定性分析,抱杆每侧吊重达到7t,抱杆处于最不利状况。横担中段合拢安装间隙有40mm,横担中段可方便合拢。根据计算结果,在K节点高度位置需设置拉线,在施工时采用腰箍拉线与腰箍吊拉线结合的方式,既增强抱杆整体稳定性,又不增加对抱杆的下压力。
SAP84 FE structural software is used in structural analysis of 1 000 kV UHV Yellow River Crossing Project. Structural stability analysis of crossing tower and lifting pole during hoisting and erection process are performed. Each side of the pole will hoist 7-ton's weight, which is the worst condition. There is a 40 mm installation clearance in the middle section of crossarm, which facilitates closing of middle section. Based on calculation, guy cables are needed at the height of node K. During construction, both guy cable and hanging cable are used, which increase overall pole stability, but not increase down pressure on poles.
