摘要
在pH6的HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液和十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)存在下,镓与苯基萤光酮(PF)生成蓝色配合物,配合物的最大吸收波长为565nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=1.3×105L·mol-1·cm-1,测得配合物组成比为Ga∶PF=1∶4,在25mL溶液中含镓0~10μg遵守比耳定律.经乙酸丁酯萃取镓与干扰元素分离后,方法用于煤中微量镓的测定,结果满意.
In a buffer solution of HAc NaAc(pH6), the blue comples of gallium with phenylfluorone was formed in the presence of hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTMAB). The wave length of maximum absorbance of complex is 565nm. Apparent molar absorptivity reached 1.3×10 5 L·mol -1 ·cm -1 . The complex ratio of galliun to phenylfluorone is 1∶4. Beers law is obeyed in the range of 0-10μg/25mL for gallium. The selectivity was rose by seperation of foreign ions using liquid liquid solvent extraction process. The method is proved to be satisfactory for the determination of gallium in coal.
