摘要
三沪±500kV直流输电线路的杆塔,进行了多方面的优化设计,主要体现在:因绝缘配置比以往工程要高,提高了防污闪能力,故塔头尺寸比以往的要大I;串直线塔和V型串直线塔的塔身均采用方形断面和一次坡型式,既美观,塔身整体刚度也好;塔身上部较窄按小交叉的斜材不等节间布置方式,塔身下部较宽按大交叉的斜材布置方式,使塔身主材受力状况达到最优;悬垂转角塔塔头采用无挂架方式。
The poles and towers design for San-Hu ±500 kV DC project are optimized in many aspects, mainly including: to increase dust flashover resistance due to higher insulation configuration, the size of tower head is larger than previous design; square tower body design, which is not only beautiful, but also strong, is used for both l-shaped and V-shaped towers; small-crossed wed members are arranged unevenly on the narrower upper portion of the tower, while large-crossed wed members form the wider lower portion of the tower, which optimizes main members' load condition; and the suspension angled tower uses armless head.
