本文报道近年来对映体分离的主要技术，它包括气相色谱和高效液相色谱领域中所使用的手性固定相的发展状况，衍生化技术，以及柱联用技术．
A review with 56 referrences is given on the recent development of chiral separations with gas chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography. Chiral stationary phases, derivatization techniques and coupled columns are discussed.
