强氧化条件下非晶态Ni-Zr合金的表面结构及组成表征 被引量:2

摘要 用XPS、UPS、ISS、SEM方法分别对Ni24Zr76和Ni36Zr64两种组份的非晶态合金在氧气压强为5×104Pa,温度为250℃~300℃的强氧化条件下,氧化前后表面的形貌及化学组成进行分析。结果表明,表面优先氧化Zr,并形成ZrO2物种。在非晶态Ni24Zr26合金中没有发现Ni的氧化,而Ni36Zr64组份的合金中Ni被氧化生成了NiOx(1<x<1.5)。氧化后表面富Zr。将氧化后的Ni36Zr64合金进一步加热,部分氧化物可分解重新形成金属原子。表面组份的分离可能是ZrO2的形成及金属Zr原子对Zi原子的输运共同作用的结果,Ni原子的氧化过程可能是与Ni原子向体相迁移的过程相互竞争的。 The variations of surface morphology and chemical composition of Ni 24 Zr 76 and Ni 36 Zr 64 have been investigated before and after a drastic oxidation(in 5×10 4Pa oxygen gas and heated up to 250℃~300℃)by XPS,UPS,ISS and SEM.XPS results show that the zirconium on both of the two amorphous alloy surfaces has been completely oxidized to ZrO 2. The oxidation of Ni in amorphous Ni 24 Zr 76 alloy has not been observed,while a small amount of Ni has been oxidized to nickel oxides in Ni 36 Zr 64 .A heavy Zr enrichment has been observed on the surface upon oxidation of the alloys.It is shown that both the formation of zirconium oxides and a movement of Ni atoms through Zr atoms(but not ions) can be attributed to the surfce segration.It is also shown that there is a competition between the processes of Ni oxidation and Ni migration to the bulk.Heating the oxidized alloys to 500℃ can cause part of the oxides to dissociate,leaving oertain amounts of metal Zr or even Ni on the surface.
