教育弹性研究及其启示 被引量:1

摘要 教育弹性是弹性研究领域中的一个子领域,研究者们曾从个人、环境等方面考察了教育弹性的影响因素,并提出了"弹性环"的作用模式,"弹性环"模式显示了弹性发展过程的次序性和循环性,对教育弹性的干预研究也取得了一定的进展。教育弹性的提出充分体现了积极发展观,在这方面的研究对教育问题的解决、教育资源的管理、弱势儿童群体的弹性发展等问题都有启发意义。
