摘要
为加强耕地质量建设,提高耕地的综合生产能力,促进农业发展,德州市于2006年建立了市、县(市、区)二级耕地质量监测体系,开展为期5年的定期定点耕地质量监测活动,为耕地质量建设提供连续的定性、定量的依据。概述了耕地质量检测的必要性,介绍了山东省德州市开展耕地质量监测的技术方法,分析了该市11个耕地土壤质量指标的监测结果,提出了建立耕地质量监测体系制定耕地质量建设规划等3项加强耕地质量建设的建议。
In order to strengthen the quality construction of arable land, to improve its comprehensive production ability and to promote agriculture development, Dezhou City established a quality supervisory system of 2 grades, city, county （city, district） in 2006 and carries out a supervisory activity for arable land quality with fixed time （5 years） and fixed spots, so as to provide a continuous quantitative basis of determined nature for arable land quality construction. This paper summarizes the need for supervising arable land quality, introduces the technological method and analyzes the 11 results gained from this activity in Dezhou City, puts forward 3 suggestions including establishing arable land quality supervisory system and developing construction plan for arable land quality, etc.
