Relability Statistics of Sintered Rings for Woolen Spinning

本文运用可靠性理论,对近年来的一些试验钢领作了分析,指出毛纺粉冶钢领的寿命近似地服从威布尔分布,对试验钢领的寿命分布进行了参数估计,在此基础上绘制了试验钢领的寿命分布函数图形和概率密度函数图形.同时研究了钢领的可靠度函数,指出钢领的寿命是由其可靠寿命决定的,并对试验钢领的可靠寿命和平均寿命进行了估算,从而使我们对粉冶钢领寿命的评估有了科学的理论依据.

Using the reliability theory, this article analyses the woolen spinning rings which are tested in recent years. It points out that the service life of sintered rings for woolen spinning is appoximately subordinated to the Weibull distribution. The life distribution of tested rings was estimated on their parameters and on this basis the functional diagrams of life distribution and probability density of the tested rings were worked out. The author, having studied the function of rings' reliability, points out that the service life of rings depends on their reliability life. He also calculates the reliability life and the everage life of the tested rings which provide scientifically theoretical basis for the evaluation of sintered rings' life.
