摘要
通过精确求解含时的量子体系,研究了自旋极化电子在周期驱动耦合量子点中的布居数变化及隧穿时间。结果表明自旋极化电子在耦合双量子点中作周期振荡。
with a time osc ent Schrodinge dots. The occupation and tunneling time of a spin-polarized electron between two coupled quantum dots illating external magnetic field exerted on the barrier, is studied by exact solution of a time-dependent Schrodinge equation. The results show the spin-polarized electron oscillate with time between the two quantum dots.
