一种输出可调的高性能带隙基准源设计

摘要 设计了一款用于直流电源变换器(regulator)的高性能带隙基准电路,电路结构简洁新颖,并具有输出参考电压可调的优点。Spectre仿真表明,在输入电压为3.3V±0.3V,输出约为288mV的典型应用中,当温度从-40℃~125℃变化时温度系数低至2.13×10^(-6)(ppm)K(TT工艺角下)。 A compact and well performance bandgap reference designed for DC-DC regulator are proposed. One of its advantage is the output voltage can be control easily. Spectre simulation shows that, while the converter has a 3.3 V ±0.3 V input voltage and a 288 mV typical output voltage, temperature coefficient is as low as 2.13 × 10-6 (ppm)/K(at TT corner) ,and the power supply rejection ration (PSRR) is as high as 78 db at low frequency.
