摘要
嵌入式操作系统的发展为计算机数控系统的研发提供了新的方法,上位机采用嵌入式实时操作系统Windows CE负责数控代码编辑解释仿真、故障诊断等弱实时任务管理,下位机采用自行开发的基于DSP及FPGA技术的运动控制卡负责代码插补及伺服控制等强实时任务管理。介绍了数控系统中关键技术的理论原理和技术路线,并阐述了基于嵌入式操作系统平台下的数控软件系统实现的方法,包括数控代码智能解释、数控代码的二维三维仿真及数控系统任务调度管理。
The development of Embedded OS provides a new method for the research and development of CNC system. Master adopts embedded real-time operating system Windows CE, which charges weak real time tasks such as NC code's editor interpreter and simulator function module, fault diagnosis etc. Slave adopts a motion control card based on DSP&FPGA, which charges hard real time tasks includes interpolation, servo control etc. The principles of NC system' s pivotal technology and expounds the method of realizing NC software system, including NC code intelligent interpreter, two- dimensional& three-dimensional simulation of NC code, the scheduler of NC system' tasks are introduced .
