摘要
系统研究了固定化细菌对废水中低浓度铅离子的最佳吸附条件。结果表明:固定化细菌对铅离子的最佳吸附条件是:吸附平衡时间为2h,pH值为6,吸附温度为40℃,离子浓度为1μmol/L;镉离子的存在能够影响固定化细菌对铅离子的吸附。Langmuir与Freundlich方程均适合描述固定化细菌吸附铅离子的热力学过程,Langmuir方程能更好地描述其吸附规律。
The best condition of adsorption of plumbum ions by immobilized bacteria was systematically studied The results indicated that the adsorbent temperature is 40℃, mium ions. The thermodynamic best adsorption condition is that ions concentration is 1 μmol/L; study indicated that both Langm adsorbent balance time is 2 hour, pH value is 6, the adsorption was influenced by existence of cad- uir and Frendlich equation can describe the equilibrium of immobilized bacteria adsorb plumbum ions, and the Langmuir equation is better.
