摘要
给出了一种基于B样条小波的工业视频图像自适应压缩方法,重点阐述了小波图像的目标区动态检测方案和自适应量化方案。同时给出了自适应码率控制模型,并提供了硬件实现平台。此方法能根据可用传输带宽自适应改变传输码率,达到充分利用带宽实时传输工业视频图像的目的。实践证明该方法简单、实时性好,码率可最低降为25kb/s,能较好地满足极低码速率下工业视频监控图像的传输。
An adaptive industry video condensation encoding method based on B-sample wavelet is provided, discussed the problem of dynamic monitor and adaptive quantization of wavelet image in detail, then provides a adaptive code-rato controlling model and a hardware platform. This method can change the code-rato adaptively to use the network efficiently recording to available bandwidth. It is proved that the code-rato can slow to 25 kb/s, this method is very simple and works real-timely, can meet the needed of industry video transmission in very slowly code -rato.
