Suggestions for the reform of medical information education

简要介绍医学情报专业教育的发展,分析新时代医学情报研究机构、卫生信息中心、数字图书馆的特点和发展要求,探讨医学情报专业教育的教学内容及方法,提出增加卫生信息化、卫生统计学教学内容、转变思想观念———由信息服务向知识服务转化等几点建议。

This article briefly describes the development of medical information education, analyzes the characteristics and requirements of development of medical information institutions, health information eentem and digital libraries in the new era, and explores the contents and methods of medical information education. Some suggestions proposed in this article are to add health infonnaitonization and health statistics to the current teaching and changing ideas - transforming the information service to knowldege service.
