介绍了知识管理及医药卫生科技查新机构的概况,探讨了医学查新机构知识管理的角色定位及知识管理应用于医学科技查新机构的意义,针对医学科技查新机构知识管理应具有的特征对如何实施知识管理提出了建议。
The general situation of knowledge management and medical literature evaluation institutions is described, and the position and application of knowledge management in these institutions are discussed. Some suggestions are put forward for how to implement knowledge management in such institutions based on their features.
