摘要
本文研究了前列腺素E1(简称PGE1)对甲醇荧光峰的熄灭作用,且其熄灭程度与PGE1浓度间有较好的定量关系,线性回归方程为ΔF=0.222c+9.33×10-2(ΔF为荧光熄灭值;c为PGE1浓度,单位为μg/mL),回归系数r=0.99930。实验表明,用该法所得结果与紫外分光光度法所得结果较相吻合。
