荧光熄灭法测定前列腺素E_1

本文研究了前列腺素Ｅ１（简称ＰＧＥ１）对甲醇荧光峰的熄灭作用，且其熄灭程度与ＰＧＥ１浓度间有较好的定量关系，线性回归方程为ΔＦ＝０．２２２ｃ＋９．３３×１０－２（ΔＦ为荧光熄灭值；ｃ为ＰＧＥ１浓度，单位为μｇ／ｍＬ），回归系数ｒ＝０．９９９３０。实验表明，用该法所得结果与紫外分光光度法所得结果较相吻合。
