摘要
本文利用菊酰基异硫氰酸酯与芳基酰肼的中成反应合成了16个新的酰氨基硫脲类化合物,其结构经^1H-NMR,IR,MS和元素分析所确证,生物活性测定表明它们具有定杀菌活性。
Sixteen of 1 - aroyl - 4 - chrysanthemoyl thiosemicarbazides were synthesized by addition reaction of chrysanthemoyl isothiocyanates with aroyl hydrazines, whose structures were characterized by 1H NMR, IR, MS and elementary analysis. The biological tests indicated that these compounds had fungicidal activity.
