细、薄、长型针织用针热处理变形的探讨

摘要 细、薄、长型织针在热处理时变形大,易造成废品.本文分析了织针热处理产生变形的原因,如热膨胀引起的变形,组织转变引起的变形,加热温度对变形的影响,工件原始状态对变形的影响等;提出解决织针热处理变形的方法,如消除加工应力及变形进行时效回火,选择及控制加热温度、冷却剂等.采用这种工艺,织针质量稳定,变形极微,能达到技术要求. During heat treatment process, long and thin knitting needles are subject to severe deformation which causes faulty products. This article analyses the reasons such as deformations due to heat-expansion, microstructure change, the influence of temperature-rise, and the initial status of work pieces etc., offers some methods to overcome the deformation: perform aging tempering to relieve working stress and destortion, correctly select and control the temperature and coolant and so on. With these measures knitting needles' quality is uniform, their deformation minimum, therefor they can meet the technical requirments.
