摘要
本文发现痕量镍(Ⅱ)在氨性介质中能催化高碘酸钾与靛红之间的褪色反应,研究了反应的最优化条件和动力学参数,建立了测定痕量镍(Ⅱ)的新方法。方法的最低检测限为2.33×10-11g/mLNi(Ⅱ),检测范围为0~1.0μg/25mLNi(Ⅱ)。用于测定人发及其它生物样品中的痕量Ni(Ⅱ),获得了满意结果。
A kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of nickel(Ⅱ) has been established ,which is based on its catalytic effect of the oxidation of indigo carmine by potassium periodate in ammonia medium,Beer's law is obeyed in the concentration range of 0~ 1.0μg/25mL Ni(Ⅱ).The detection limit is 2.33×10 -11 g/mL Ni(Ⅱ).The method has been applied to the determination of trace amounts of nickel in human hair with satisfactory results.
