摘要
本文采用两种同时测定荧光增白剂工业产品中1,4-(2,4′-氰基苯乙烯基)苯(记为EB)和异构体1,4-双(2-氰基苯乙烯基)苯(记为ER)两组分的方法。一种是HPLC法,采用Shim-packCLC-SIL柱(5μm,6.0mmi.d.×150mm),正己烷-乙酸乙酯(90∶10V/V)为流动相,流速2mL/min,柱温30℃,检测波长UV360nm,方法简单、准确、快速。另一种是因子分析-紫外光度法,它对吸收光谱严重重叠的该增白剂产品中两组分的例行分析非常适用,效果较好,测其所含的EB、ER两组分的回收率均在100±8%之内。
An HPLC method and a factor analysis UV spectrophotometric method were applied to simultaneous determination of the two components in fluorescent whitening agent,i.e.,1,4 (2,4′ dicyano bis styryl) benzene (EB) and its isomer 1,4 bis(2 cyanostyry) benzene (ER).The HPLC stationary phase was Shim pack CLC SIL (5μm,6.0mm i.d.×150mm) and the mobile phase consisted of 90∶10( V/V ) n hexane ethyl acetate at a flow rate of 2mL/min.The column temperature was kept at 30℃.The wavelength of UV detector was set at 360nm.The method is simple,accurate and rapid.The factor analysis method is especially suitable for routine analysis of samples of which the absorption spectra of the components are severely overlapped .The recoveries of the two components were within 100±8%
