阴道后壁脱垂患者阴道后壁组织生物力学特征初步研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨阴道后壁脱垂患者阴道后壁组织的生物力学特征。方法采用力学研究的方法,对13例绝经后阴道后壁脱垂患者的阴道后壁组织分别进行拉伸强度、应力-应变、应力松弛以及蠕变的力学性能测试。结果按照POP-Q分期,阴道后壁脱垂Ⅱ期患者阴道后壁组织应力-应变关系优于阴道后壁脱垂Ⅲ期患者,但无显著性差异(P>0.05),阴道后壁脱垂Ⅱ期应力松弛及蠕变性能明显优于Ⅲ期,有显著性差异(P<0.01);阴道后壁组织力学性能与患者的BMI无相关性(P>0.05);50~59岁、60~69岁和70~79岁年龄组的阴道后壁组织力学性能比较差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。结论阴道后壁脱垂患者阴道后壁组织的生物力学性能与其脱垂程度有相关性。 Objective To explore biomechanical properties of posterior vaginal wall of patients with recto-cele. Methods We collected specimens of posterior vaginal wall from 13 patients with rectocele, and measured their biomechanical properties, including strength, stress-strain relationship, stress relaxation and creep. Results According to POP-Q staging, stress-strain relationship of posterior vaginal wall in stage Ⅱ surpassed stage Ⅲ, yet without significant difference (P〉0.05). Stress relaxation and creep characters of posterior vaginal wall in stage Ⅱ rectocele were higher than stage Ⅲ (P〈0.01). The mechanical properties of posterior vaginal wall were not related with body mass index. Following ages increasing, The mechanical properties of posterior vaginal wall were descending as age increasing, but without significant difference (P〉0.05). Conclusion The biomechanical properties of posterior vaginal wall in rectocele are significantly related to the degree of prolapse.
