摘要
本文利用铕易被还原的特性,将铕还原为二价进行预分离后,继以P507萃淋树脂柱进行二次分离,光谱测定富集物中14个稀土杂质元素。本方法富集倍数高达20,000倍,化学光谱测定下限为0.65μg/g(RE),可满足6N氧化铕产品分析的要求。
A Spectrographic method was developed for the determination of 14 rare earth impurities with two step separation.The sample was first passed through a zine reduction column and a P 507 colunm to remove more than 95% of the matrix.The concentrate was then passed through another P 507 column for quantitative separation of the matrix from rare earth impurities.The detection limit for total rare earth impurities was 0.65μg/g.The method has been used to estimate the purity of 6N europium oxide.
