摘要
绩效管理备受重视以及组织理论演进等都要求对于组织与员工间关系进行再认识。在我国当前行政生态下,重新认识组织与员工间关系对于公务员队伍建设以及各类组织绩效改进与提高更是有着特殊重要意义。
It is imperative to reconsider the relation between organization and employee because of more and more importance of performance management and the historical change of organizational theory. Reconsidering the relation between organization and employee has a special significance under the administrative ecology in China at present such as the team-building of civil servant and the improvement of various organization performance.
