选用什么样的纱管,既影响产品质量又影响经济效益.本文对损耗的纱管进行了统计分析.包括纱管的材料、内在质量、耗电量、功能以及纱管因生产厂家的不同对使用厂成本的影响,均做了价值分析.以陕西、宁波、北京、石家庄四大纱管生产厂为例,进行功能分析和价值分析的结果是陕西纺器厂塑料纱管最优.该厂把木质管换成塑料管,每年可增收节支128.49万元.

The selection of bobbins affects not only the quality of yarns, but also the economic benifits of a mill. This article makes statistical analysis of failure bobbins valuing their materials inherent qualities performance, power consumption as well as the influences of bobbins from different manufacturers upon the opration cost of the end user. Bobbins produced by the 4 leading bobbin manufacturing plants in Shaanxi Ningbo Beijing and Shijiazhang were tested as the example their functions and values analysed. The results show that plastic bobbins from Shaanxi Textile Accessories Factory are the best. Through replacement of wooden bobbins with plastic ones, Shijiazhang No.2 Cotton Mill saved 1,284,900 Yuan (Renminbi) every Year.
