长沙市新型农村合作医疗现状与对策研究

The Analysis about the New Style Medical Care System of County in Changsha

新型农村合作医疗制度是我国农民的基本医疗保障制度,长沙市自2003开始试点,2006年全面推行,农民参合率达到84.6%,有效保障了农民能享有基本医疗卫生保健服务。通过对长沙2006年四县五区的新型农村合作医疗工作进行调查,分析了新型农村合作医疗存在的问题,提出了进一步改进的政策方案。

New cooperative medical care system of country is the basic one of our country. The system had been put into practice since 2003 as an experimental unit. Since 2006, the system has been carried out all--sides. 84.6% county residents have participated in the process, and got basic sanitation service. Through analyzing the new style cooperative medical care system in Changsha（including five districts and four counties）, we try to bring forward the plan to improve the service.
