中天广场主楼爬模、飞模体系的设计和施工

摘要 中天广场标准层外梁、外柱和核心筒墙体采用爬模 ,标准层楼面采用飞模。梁柱模板用螺栓拉结 ,爬模设备为电动提升机 ,钢模板通过螺栓悬吊于顶上的承载架上 ,合模时移动模板到预定位置 ,拆模时松动合模螺栓 ,即可移动模板。飞模以梁边为界分成各个飞模单元 ,飞模由桁架、面板、钢支腿组成。飞模备2套 。 The construction of the Zhong-tain Square Project's standard storey's exterior beams,and exterior columns and core walls have been done by climbing form work.Beam's and column's forms are connected and tied by bolts.Column form's equipments are operated by lifters. Steel forms are bolted and hung on tops of supports.Before form's operation,they are prefixed at their proper positions. While during form's removal,they are stripped off and removed away by turning of bolts.Deck forms are divided along their respective beam-edges,and seperated into various units.Deck forms are prepared of two complete sets and operated on shifts.
