摘要
制备了纳米二氧化硅/对异氰脲酸酯三聚体改性聚氨酯(Nano-SiO2/IMPU)复合材料,并对其性能进行了研究。结果表明,以n(NCO)∶n(OH)=10∶1,催化剂为DMP-30、其质量分数用量为2.5%的IMPU配方为基础,利用超声辐照技术将Nano-SiO2分散于液化MDI中聚合成型的Nano-SiO2/IMPU复合材料的力学性能和热稳定性都得到显著提高;当Nano-SiO2质量分数为5%时,材料的综合性能最优。
The polyurethane modified by isocyurnate (IMPU) composite reinforced by nanometer silicon dioxide (Nano- SiO2) is prepared, and its properties are studied. The restdts show that the meehanieal and thermal properties of Nano-SiO2/ IMPU composite prepared with the IMPU fundamental formtda in which n(NCO)/n(OH) = 10: 1,2.5% of catalyst (DMP- 30), and with Nano-SiO2 dispersed in liquefied MDI are greatly improved, when the content of Nano-Si02 is 5 % of the polymer' s, the general properties of Nano-SiO2/IMPU composite can be the best.
