摘要
采用前馈、串级、均匀控制等复杂控制回路,对某丁二烯精馏塔过程控制系统进行优化,克服了原PID控制方案的不足,提高了装置的自动化水平,在降低能耗、减少溶剂消耗、加强装置高负荷下的运行周期及提高装置盈利能力方面有重要的实用价值。
The process control system of butadiene distillation column is optimized with a complicated control loop system which include a front feedback control, a series step control and a unifon'nity control, the disadvantages which exist in the conventional control system have got to be overcome, the automatization level of the device is improved. It has important practical value for reduction of energy consumption and reduction of solvent consumption, and it can prolong the running period of the device under high load, and it's helpful to enhance the economic benefits for the corporation.
