摘要
分析了传统硝酸铈铵工业生产过程产生的废气、废水、废渣及粉尘对人体和周围环境的影响。运用"无废工艺"原理,对某厂400 t/a硝酸铈铵生产工艺进行设计,合理进行工艺布局,该工艺中水资源实现闭路循环,无废气外排,废料也得到综合利用,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。
The effects of exhaust gas, waste water, waste residue and dust generated by the conventional ammonium ceria nitrate production process on htanan body and the surrounding environment are analyzed. The principle of non-waste technology is applied in the technological design and process layout in a factory with the ammonium ceria nitrate production capacity of 400 t/a.The new process enables water resources to circulate within a closed circuit, and it has no discharge of exhaust gas released to the outside and comprehensive utilization of waste residue materialized, as a result, it will bring about both economic benefits and social benefits.
