摘要 探讨乳腺癌血管内皮生长因子-C(VEGF-C)、肿瘤血管生成的表达与淋巴结转移的生物学行为关系,应用免疫组化PV9000二步法检测50例乳腺癌组织VEGF-C和微血管密度(MVD)的表达。结果表明,淋巴结转移组的VEGF-C和MVD明显高于淋巴结无转移组(p<0.05)。其中,VEGF-C阳性表达组33例,MVD值为31.67±7.85;VEGF-C阴性表达组17例,MVD值为26.84±7.03,两者之间具有相关性,差异显著(p=0.03)。乳腺癌的淋巴结转移与VEGF-C的表达、微血管密度密切相关。由此可见,VEGF-C在乳腺癌的淋巴管、血管生成中起着重要的作用,VEGF-C和MVD与乳腺癌淋巴结转移有关,并可能协同作用淋巴结转移过程。 This paper investigates the relationship between Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (VEGF)-C tumor angiogenesis and biological behavior in primary breast cancer. The immunohistochemical PV9000 technique was adopted in detecting the VEGF-C protein and Microvessel Density expression in 50 cases of primary breast cancer. The results show that the VEGF-C and MVD expression in the group with lymph node metastasis issignificantly higher than that in the group without lymph node metastasis (p〈0.05). The level of MVD in the group of VEGF-C- positive expression is 31.67±7.85, while in the group of VEGF-C- negative expression is 26.84±7.03. The difference between them was significant (p 〈0.05). It is concluded that the VEGF-C mainly promotes breast tumor lymph angiogenesis and has a little effect on angiogenesis. Clinical significance was found between VEGF-C, MVD expression and lymph-node metastasis in breast cancer, which may involve a metastatic process.
