本文结合医院物资采供中心的工作实际,通过制定严谨的制度、规范物资采供操作、建立有效的制约机制,提高了物资采供的工作质量,有效地调控物流和资金流,采用模块化管理,促进了医院的全面发展。

Based on the practice of material purchase and supply center in hospital, the management of hospital material was exploring. The work quality of material purchase and supply was improved by setting down precise system and making the standard operation program as well as establishing effective restriction mechanism. The material flow and fund flow were regulated effectively. It is suggested that it should enhance its management level and promote its full -scale development that the hospital manages material with modularization.
