海泡石纤维含量对树脂基摩擦材料性能的影响

Effect about Resin-based Friction Material with changing the Content of Sepiolite Fiber

实验采用干法工艺制备了几种以芳纶和海泡石混合纤维为增强体的摩擦材料,重点研究了海泡石含量对摩擦材料性能的影响。试验结果表明:海泡石纤维含量在15%时所制成的摩擦片,其摩擦系数较高,磨损率低,力矩曲线较为理想且稳定性好。

During the experiments, some friction materials of different sepiolite contents made; focusedon the content of sepiolite properties of friction materials. The results show that;sepiolite fiber content of 15% tablets manufactured by friction, high friction coefficient, low wear rate, a better torque curve and good stability.
