摘要 目的探讨新生儿听力普遍筛查的有效模式,为早期诊断和干预提供合理措施。方法应用丹麦MADSEN公司生产的筛查型耳声发射仪(Echo-Screen)对5109例新生儿进行瞬态诱发耳声发射(transient evoked otoacoustic emission,TEOAE)测试,连续2次筛查异常者测试听性脑干反应(auditory brainstem response,ABR)确诊。结果初次听力筛查通过4802例,通过率为94%;复筛通过301例,通过率为98%。其中6例接受ABR测试者诊断有不同程度听力损失,发生率为1.2‰。结论新生儿听力普遍筛查有助于及早发现听力障碍患儿并进行及时干预,而TEOAE测试是新生儿听力筛查的首选方法,具有快捷、无创、准确的优点。 Objective To investigate an effective newborn hearing screening protocol for the early diagnosis and intervention of newborn hearing loss. Methods Five thousand one hundred and nine newborn hearing screening was performed based on transient evoked otoacoustic emission(TEOAE) with screening Echo-Screen (MEDSEN, Denmark). Neonates with a refer at the first screening were retested, and those with a refer at the retest were referred to auditory brainstem response(ABR). Results Four thousand eight hundred arid two neonates (94%) passed the test for the first time and 301 cases(98% ) passed the second test. Among the subjects, 6 cases(1.2‰) were diagnosed as hearing loss at different degrees based on the ABR test. Conclusions Neonatal hearing screening is helpful for finding neonates with hearing impairment as early as possible and providing the corresponding intervention. TEOAE was found to be a prefered hearing screening method in neonates because of its shortcut, non-invasiveness and accuracy.
