摘要
为适应工程建设对混凝土高强度、高性能及对混凝土工作保持性高的要求,笔者研究了一种新型聚酯类聚羧酸类高效减水剂,获得了合成该类减水剂的最佳工艺条件和原材料配比。通过对该减水剂分子结构的研究表明,聚羧酸系减水剂坍落度的保持性能与所用大单体链长(EO的聚合度)有关,链长较长的减水剂初始分散性较好,而链长较短则有利于减水剂的分散保持性能。文中并对合成的聚羧酸高效减水剂在混凝土上进行了检测,表明该产品是一种掺量小、分散性能好、流动保持性能佳、与不同水泥的适应性好的高效减水剂,并与水利工程中用量较大的中热、普通硅酸盐水泥进行了适应性研究。
In this paper, a new kind of polycarboxylate super-plasticizer is introduced and the influencing factors of the product are studied. An optimum technique condition and appropriate proportion of raw materials are obtained. Tests on performances of the new water reducing agent show that the. product has many favorable merits, such as, low dosage, good dispersibility, perfect flowability and better compatibility with different cements. Test on its compatibility with ordinary portland cement is also made.
