73例髋臼骨折手术治疗体会

摘要 和其他关节内骨折一样，手术复位内固定成已经为移位的髋臼骨折的标准治疗方案。在对照研究中，保守治疗显示了更差的结果。移位髋臼骨折的治疗目标是解剖复位、坚强固定和早期功能锻炼。但是手术入路仍然还有争议。对于单柱骨折，采用单一的手术入路是没有争议的，但是对于复杂骨折，特别是双柱骨折，采用了很多不同的手术入路。例如扩大的髂股入路，T型入路，Y型入路，联合入路等等。
