骶管神经根鞘囊肿的MRI诊断价值及临床特点
摘要
骶管神经根鞘囊肿是常见的脊神经疾病之一，也是引起腰腿痛的原因之一，大多数患者因无临床症状或检查方法的限制而漏诊，而有症状患者由于其临床表现与腰椎间盘突出症或各种原因导致的椎管狭窄症状相似，常常被误诊。笔者收集本院42例骶管囊肿的病例，分析和总结其临床特点及MRI表现。
