葡萄球菌属对克林霉素诱导型耐药的检测及分析

摘要 目的:探讨葡萄球菌属中红霉素诱导克林霉素耐药的发生率。方法:依据全国临床检验操作规程(第3版)发布的葡萄球菌对克林霉素诱导耐药的检测方法,测定葡萄球菌属中红霉素对克林霉素的诱导耐药袁型。结果:36株金黄色葡萄球菌和51株凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌对红霉素和克林霉素同时耐药分别44.44%和58.82%,在红霉素耐药而克林霉素敏感的金黄色葡萄球菌和凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌中,克林霉素诱导型耐药即D-试验阳性分别为66.67%和56.25%。结论:临床微生物实验室应加强葡萄球菌属中红霉素对克林霉素诱导型耐药检测,以指导临床医生合理选用抗菌药物。 Objective : To investigate the resistant rates of erythromyein to elindamyein in staphylococci. Methods: To test inducible resistance of erythromycin to clindamycin in staphylococci according to the testing methods published in the NCTOR (the third edition) . Results: Co-resistance to erythromyein and elindamyein accounted for 44. 44% and 58.82% in 36 of S. aureus and 51of eoagulase-negative staphylococci. D-test positive rate was 66.67N and 56.25% of wieh were erythromycin resistant and clindarnycin sensitive respectively. Conclusion: Test of inducible resistance of erythromycin to clindamycin in staphylococci should be strengthened in clinical microbiology laboratory to help physicians to select MLSb antimicrobial agents correctly.
