On Language Communication in Nursing Work

在以病人为中心护理程序为框架的整体护理模式下，为了建立良好的护患关系。在护理工作中运用良好的语言沟通技巧，了解患者生理到心理和社会等方面的需求，制定出科学、详尽、可行的护理计划，顺利对病人实施整体护理，避免护患隔离带来的误解和纠纷。

In order to build a good relationship between nurses and patients, nurses should use some effective language communication skills during work, understand the need of patients from physiology to psychology and make scientific, detailed nursing plan to aviod misunderstanding and conflicts resulted from the isolation of nurses and patients.
