摘要
本文从分析指令的特性出发,研究了指令在外界干扰作用下的特性,提出了单故障相关指令对的概念,分析了单故障相关指令对的性质,提出了单故障相关指令集生成算法,讨论了不同类型指令在单故障情况下的效应,并作了初步分类,最后提供了部分故障试验结果。
This paper analyzes and studies the performances of computer instructions under disturbance from external world, proposes the concept of instruction pairs which are single point fault related, analyzes their properties, gives out their generating algorithm, discusses the effects of different instructions under single point fault, classifies the instruction pairs as different types,finally provides the primary results of fault experiments.
