阐述了对奥运中心区环境整治城市设计,从而表明环境整治工作是一项全面的、艰巨的、长期的系统工程,是对规划的延续,对规划的全面实现与改进,是城市环境艺术的升华。
the thesis expatiates the alteration and design for the Olympic center district environment, consequently show that environment alteration work is a comprehensive, important and secular systemic project. Furthermore, the project is the continuation, fulfillment and improvement of programming, is the sublimation of urban environment art.
