武钢新一烧车间新建的450 m2大型烧结机,其除尘器收集的除尘灰全部通过气力输送至集中灰仓回收利用。详细介绍该套气力输送装置的工作原理、输送工艺流程及运行情况。
In the newly built 450 m^2 large sized sintering machine of No. 1 Sintering Plant in WISCO, all dust collected with the dust arresters is transferred by an air conveyor to the central dust chamber for utilization. The present paper describes in detail the working principle and process flow of the air conveyor as well as running conditions of the machine.
