摘要
用金相显微镜和扫描电镜分析方法,对DB685钢板表面裂纹进行分析。结果表明,钢板表面裂纹的形成与稀土氧化物有关。由于钢中稀土氧化物偏析于原奥氏体晶界上,弱化了晶界,造成钢板在轧制过程中产生裂纹。
The surface cracks on steel sheet DB685 was analyzed by metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscope. The results show that the surface cracks on the steel sheets are caused primarily by insoluble rare-earth oxides, which segregate at the original austenite grain boundary leading to weakening of grain boundary and occurrence of the surface crack in rolling process.
