64排螺旋CT冠状动脉检查在干部体检中的应用价值

Evaluate the values of 64-slice spiral CT coronary artery in physical examination of functionary

目的评价64排螺旋CT冠状动脉检查（CTA）在干部健康体检中的应用价值。方法应用东芝Aquilion64排螺旋CT对252例干部的冠状动脉主干及主要分支进行重建和分析，4例受检者行冠状动脉造影检查（DSA），对比评价其在体检中的应用。结果CTA冠状动脉病变检出率32．94％，随年龄增长而增加，与DSA有很好的一致性。结论CTA无创、快速、精确、费用比DSA低等优越性可作为干部健康体检筛选冠心病手段，为干部健康保驾护航。

Objective To evaluate the practical values of 64-slice spiral CT coronary artery（CTA） in physical examination of functionary in state-owned enterprise. Methods 252 fanctionaries were analyzed by CTA and 4 of them were compared with coronary angiography （ DSA）. Results The rate of the abnormal change was 32.94% in CTA. CTA was identified with DAS. Conclusion CTA has some advantages such as noninva- sire, rapid , accurate and inexpensive. It is a valid way in diagnosis of coronary artery disease and can be used as a screening method in physical examination of functionary.
