肱骨干骨折并桡神经损伤25例分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的肱骨干骨折是一种常见的损伤,在损伤及其治疗的过程中桡神经损伤发生率高。作者旨在分析肱骨干骨折术后并桡神经损伤的原因。方法回顾临床研究肱骨干骨折并桡神经损伤25例患者的处理方法和疗效分析。结果随访6~12个月,6个月内神经功能完全恢复23例,12个月后恢复不良2例。结论术中保护桡神经非常重要,尤其需要术后防止桡神经二次损伤。 Objective It was common injury of fracture of humeral shaft, and the rate of affiliated radial nerve injury original in operation were high. Methods To analysize treatment and therapeutic effect of 25 patients of fracture of or humeral shaft with radial nerve injury. Results By 6-12 follow-up, 23 patients were complete recovery after 6 months and 2 patients were not recovery after 12 months. Conclusion It was very important of protecting radial nerve in operation, especially preventing second radial nerve injury.
