黑腹果蝇蛋白质编码区碱基分布与起始密码子及终止密码子的关系 被引量:1

摘要 对黑腹果蝇染色体上基因组进行统计分析,结果表明,蛋白质编码区(CDS)碱基分布具有不均匀性.对单核苷酸、双核苷酸及密码子的使用进行统计,结果表明,与起始密码子对应的组分中,NTG的使用倾向值相对高,终止密码子(TGA,TAA,TAG)对应的组合使用倾向值相对很低.由此得出结论:起如密码子对蛋白质编码区碱基的使用有一定的影响,终止密码子对蛋白质编码区碱基的使用具有较强限制作用. The distribution of bases at three codon positions is heterogeneous based on statistical analysis of Drosophila melauogaster chromosomes. Statistics analysis for the usage of the bases, dinucleotides and codons shows that the tendency of NTG is relatively high, and the bases, dinucleotides and codons with low contents are just associated with those in the stop codons. The conclusion is that the initiation codon has certain influence on base distribution in the protein coding regions, and the bases related to the stop codons are strictlyconstrained to be used.
