摘要
以对叔丁基苯酚与多聚甲醛为原料,合成一种带叔丁基的杯[4]芳烃母体化合物,通过反Friedel-Crafts反应,脱去其苯环上的叔丁基,得到杯[4]芳烃化合物,它们是大多数杯芳烃衍生物的前驱体.在参考大量文献的基础上,将合成路线加以改进和优化,从而得到较高产率的两种杯[4]芳烃.依次测定了它们的物理性质,进行红外光谱、核磁共振分析,证实其为目标产物,从而验证了合成路线的可行性和可靠性.
A calix[4 ]arene precursor with tert-butyl groups on benzene rings was synthesized by a condensation of p-tert-butylphenol. Then its tert-butyl groups was removed from benzene rings by a reverse Friedel-Crafts reaction,and two useful culix[4]arene were obtalned,which are mostly the precursors of calix[4]arene derivatives.The yield of two synthesized compounds is high after the improvement of the present route. Then the two compounds were characterized with infrared spectrum analysis and H-NMR spectrum and their physical properties were mensurated. The results show that our method is reliable and feasible.
