摘要
为解决推进剂的脱湿问题合成出了3-烯丙基-5,5-二甲基海因(ADMH),并将其与甲基丙烯酸β-羟乙酯和丙烯腈两种单体进行反应物配比不同的共聚,得到3个共聚物键合剂.将其应用到NEPE推进剂的某个配方中,进行了力学性能测试.试验结果表明,ADMH可有效提高推进剂在常温、高温和低温时的最大抗拉强度、最大延伸率和断裂延伸率;3个聚合物键合剂可大幅度提高最大抗拉强度,但对延伸率的提高还有待研究.
In order to solve the dewetting problem of propellants, 3-allyl-5, 5-dimethyl hydantoin was synthesized. After copolmerizing 3-ullyl-5, 5-dimethyl with 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate and acrylonitrile at different proportion, three copolymer bonding agents were prepared and then used in a certain NEPE propellant to test their mechanical properties. The results show that ADMH can improve the maximum tensile strength, the maximum and fraction elongation ratio of the propellants at room temperature, high temperature and low temperature effectivelly. The three polymer bonding agents can improve the maximum tensile strength of the propellants greatly, but further study should be done to improve the elongation ratio of the propellants.
