摘要
双环减速器是目前应用较为广泛的一种少齿差环式行星减速器,虽然对于环式减速器已有较多的研究资料,但这种双环双轴输入式减速器的研究还远少于其它少齿差传动。本文以一种新型的双环减速器为研究对象,对双环减速器的主要零部件进行实体造型、以及双环减速器的虚拟装配和运动模拟,以便对双环减速器存在的问题(如动力不平衡、振动大、噪声大等),找出解决问题的方法或提出有效的理论根据,其发展趋势有可能成为一种新型的通用减速器。
Double-ring reducer is a kind of Central-planetary reducer with fewer teeth in broader application, although the ring reducer has more research data. While the research of the biaxial importation reducer is less than other fewer teeth transmission. This topic takes one kind of a new double-ring reducer as the research object, carrying on the entity modeling to the main spare part of double-ring reducer, as well as hypothesized instrument and the movement simulation of the double-ring reducer, in order to find the ways to solve the problems of the double-ring reducer, such as unbalanced power, vibration, big noise and so on, or in order to propose the effective theory basis. So from its development tendency it is possible for the double-ring reducer to become one kind of new general reducer.
