落实科学发展观，抢抓机遇，乘势而上，这是欠发达地区高职教育改革与发展一次新的历史机遇。地方政府和高职学院一定要坚定不移地实施科教兴国战略和人才强国战略，切实把高等职业教育摆在更加突出的战略位置。有效地实施校校、校企的教育互动，建设教育资源共享体系，缩小发达地区与欠发达地区高等职业教育差距，实现职业教育的跨越式发展。

Developing the scientific conception, taking the opportunities and keeping up, which offered an new historical challenge for the reform and the development of higher vocational education in the underdeveloped areas. Local government and higher vocational college should unswervingly insist on the strategy of invigorating the country through science and education as well as strengtheningour nation through talents. Realistically, higher vocational education should be put in a more prominent stra- tegic position. Education Resource Sharing System needsto be set up whileteaching inter - activitiesbetween colleges, college and enterprise are carried out effectively. Therefore, toshorten the distance in higher vocational education between developed areas and underdevelopment areas will acl^ievethevocational education in leaps and bounds.
